What We Do

L3 Real Estate is a third generation, family owned and operated, Real Estate company that owns, manages and invests in a dynamic portfolio of residential and commercial real estate across 7 states and the District of Columbia. L3 Real Estate provides best in class services including property management, asset management, property maintenance and investor partnerships. Our management portfolio currently consists of 358,375 sqft of commercial space, 350 residential doors and 110mm in AUM.

A family oriented approach to property management ensures we strive to treat all our properties as our own which means regular upkeep while keeping maintenance costs down in order to maximize our partners’ and investors’ rate of return. 

Close to a century of combined experience in leasing, development, construction, acquisitions and deal making allows us to deliver value creating real estate solutions and build long lasting customer relationships. 

A vast majority of our work is done in house to ensure we keep our costs down and your rate of returns high. Our team provides regular preventative maintenance in addition to large scale capital expenditures for renovating and improving our properties. 

We help novice investors or investors with small capital allowances form partnerships to invest in real estate to increase portfolio diversification. We have a low fee structure that maximizes returns for our partners and allows them to make a passive investment while gaining exposure to both residential and commercial real estate. 

Where We Are

We invest in both primary and tertiary markets depending on our partner’s and investor’s appetites and market conditions. Our portfolio spans across four major metropolitan cities in the Mid Atlantic and Mid West as well as several other tertiary markets.
